Can't login via tapatalk

I've been trying to login to ECF via tapatalk and it tells me that I am using an invalid password or username. I'm logged in on safari with the same login info with no issues. Any ideas on what may be wrong?

Well it looks like it decided to work today, despite using the same info. Thanks for your help.
