Can't order from electronic-cigz.com - am I missing something?

Hey all,

I've been reading these forums for a couple of days doing intense amounts of research. I've already ordered an njoy npro but I am concerned it will not make it through customs.

I then found out about electronic-cigz.com in this forum, based in Canada. I decided I would try the M401 Deluxe starter package.

However, upon attempting to order, it seems impossible for a Canadian to actually place an order at all. I am unable to put in a valid Canadian address.

I have tried just using my Paypal account for shipping information, which automatically fills most of the fields on the checkout page anyway, but it still says no shipping method is available to my address and I cannot continue because I can't choose a province (the state field ONLY has US States) and the zip code field will not accept a postal code.

I have also tried entering the information manually, same problems arise.

How are Canadians supposed to order from electronic-cigz.com?

Your welcome Jimbo and you're a lot luckier than I am. I have been waiting for a usb pass through which is on back order for a long time.

I have changed my mind and no longer want to wait for it, so I left a voice message and emails stating that I would like to have juice instead. I have not heard from him at all. And I spend a small fortune in my 1st initial order.
So if your talking to him, would you mind mentioning that Irene in Toronto is still waiting for him to substitute the back order and that I have not heard from him.
I greatly appreciate it.

any idea if sean's JC juice is normal PG or reduced PG recipe...also, anybody with experience, is there a noticeable flavor difference?

I bought the bottle of Johnson Creek from Sean.

The ingredients on bottle say: Propylene glycol (in PG formula), food grade vegetable glycerin (in non-PG formula), natural & artificial flavours, tobacco essential oil (Virginia), tobacco absolute (Burley), citric acid, lemon (<1%), vinegar (<1%), distilled water.

Warning: This product contains nicotine, which is known to be addictive & potentially harmful to your health. Pls be aware of the risks associated with nicotine use before using this product.

Tobacco absolute is a dense liquid with dark-brown to black-brown color with thin layer pale brown with sometimes greenish nuance and intensive aroma of tobacco. It is obtained from tobacco concrete. hmmmm....since tobacco is smothered in pesticides, would we still be ingesting all those carcinogens that are in analogue cigs?

This is my 1st & only bottle of juice so I can't offer a taste comparison.

No, I have not heard back from him after I left a voice mail the week before last. I don't want the pass through that is on back order. I just want the juice in lieu of it.
So yes, I greatly appreciate you mentioning this to him on your next communication with him. He makes trips to Toronto every week. So he can either drop off items or send them via mail (which is pretty quick). Perhaps he too has had his supplies stopped at the border and is out of stock on everything??? At least it would be nice to know that he does or does not have the juice at least. yes? no?
 
I too have placed an order with Sean and never heard anything back... money transferred through paypal... wanted to get confirmation on my order... nothing.:confused:

Somewhat concerned to have a chunk of money floating around in the ether with nothing to show for it. I specifically chose electronic-cigz.com because of the glowing reviews posted by members of this message board. What a shame.

Something must be up for sure seeing their site change not allowing Canadian sales.

I suspect that they've likely received a formal notification to cease selling from HC at this point as I've previously had such an open general slew of email conversations with Sean, and now NOTHING.....

I can only suggest at this time you attempt contacting them via email, and if they fail to respond then your only recourse would be to file a paypal dispute.

Its truly unfortunate to have what was once a very notable Canadian supplier fail to keep in readily communications with customers.

Yep, me too.....I received the same notice, with a tracking number as well.
Mind you, I had resorted to a threatening email the same day I left a voice mail,
just to get a response. Especially knowing that he was in touch with others, taking orders, then not responding even to them. hmmmm.....not good!

Still, Sean should have made a post on his order page stating he would be away and when he would return.....that way people would not be upset, worried or scared. yes? no?
