Which sub-forum are you trying to post in? There are a few where you may not have the permissions to for various reasons. For example, if you are trying to post in New Members you no longer have permission to start new threads after reaching 70 posts (but you can still reply to existing threads there)

Nope, you've graduated :D But you can still post in existing threads there, so don't be afraid to help the other newbs when you can ;-) As for starting a thread, just browse around and find an appropriate sub-forum to post your question in. The forum is very large and can look a little daunting, but it doesn't take long to get the hang of how things are organized

e-cig adminastrator please help me post this in the Natural Tobaccos forum:

Hello everyone. I’ve been vaping for exactly 4 days. That must make me the FNG here? You may notice this is my very first post on e-cig. I came across this thread searching for a realistic cigar and pipe sauce. I was so impressed with this subforum I read the first 70 pages then skipped over to the most recent 30 pages (and still working on those last 30 pages which continue to grow as I write this). I’m impatient to make an order of NET juice and could use some help (thank God for Luce and Mann for their early efforts to get this topic to catch fire as it should). You guys and many others here I have read are incredible resources to the vaping community and I consider myself very fortunate to find you.

You’d think I could order several juices from what I’ve read and learned here already without making a direct request for help; but in fact, it seems my new found knowledge is more likely to cause me to spend a lot of money and still likely miss the mark? The reason I say that is because: 1) you all have identified so many possibilities; 2) from reading your reviews it is obvious how subjective personal favorites can be; and 3) and probably most significant I feel I am so very different in my vaping style than those doing most of the reviews here. I think this last one effects what I’m looking for to vape more than the usual differences in personal preferences found here. Vaping is currently dominated by x-smokers not cigar and pipe smokers.

For example. I never inhale (and I don’t want to start inhaling now) and I buy liquid with -0- mg of nic. Being a pipe and cigar smoker I have zero interest in TH and vaping for me has more to do with puffing and blowing smoke along with something to do with my hands when I am working at my desk. The past 10 years I have been a cigar smoker but I was a pipe smoker before that and a snuff dipper during the long years in between then and now (I dislike the smell of second hand cigarette smoke). When I come across a reviewer identifying themselves here as a pipe or cigar smoker I immediately feel their opinion is disproportionately important to me. But it seems in every case so far I eventually notice that same reviewer will demote a product being reviewed due to a lack of throat hit.

What? I’ve never know any cigar or pipe smokers who inhale-- although the many friends I have shared cigars with over the years who were cigarette smokers always inhaled the cigars I provided. My vaping goal is to limit my cigar consumption to 2 to 4 cigars per month complete with a great cocktail, good company (usually with fellow cigar smokers) and good conversation. Otherwise my cigar consumption without vaping always creeps up but never quite consistently equals one cigar per day and I notice at that point it’s never about the nicotine but rather having something in my hand and blowing smoke (and perhaps the flavor). Currently I am vaping a menthol watermelon 0mg nic in my new iTaste mvp with iClear 30 tank and enjoying the heck out of it. Would I enjoy a W2V blondie vape? I’ve smoked the real thing before (an Acid brand Bondie cigar and enjoyed that).

I am busy and don’t want to fool around with atomizers and dripping so I need something that works in a tank. Almost contradictory to that I am interested in making some of my own juice with some of my favorite cigars since I already have a gallon of food grade PG I use to refill my many humidor humidifiers. Am I better off vaping something entirely different than the taste of a good cigar or pipe tobacco (like Old Plublo Watermelon Splash I’m using now)? I don’t know. That’s why I am here to see if I can capture some of the flavor I love from premium cigars and aromatic pipe tobaccos without ever inhaling or adding any nicotine.

Thanks in advance for reading my long introduction and trying to understand my self-centered approach to vaping. I am grateful to find all of you here and very happy to make my first post. I consider it an honor. Many thanks to all of you. I know my wit is not equal to those who keep this thread alive and colorful but I assure you I am a gentle soul who appreciates the sincere efforts of so many of you who keep this place the invaluable resource it is to so many fellow vapers. Peace out. Stephen
