Can't remove 510 adaptor

Just got my Mako, and I can't seem to remove the 510 adaptor to use one of the others, any help here?

Got it, had to hold it the way shown in the video. mod can close this or delete.

take some needle nose pliers and make the claws open as in not grabbing something and push them against the sides of the bowl that the 510 fitting is in and turn counter clockwise. Hope this helps... kinda confused myself, but what im trying to tell you worked for me.
