Get some delicious smelling e-juice and she has no argument. I do not vape around my girlfriends 4 year old when she stays with us, but because I fear that she may come in contact with nicotine that is in the vapor (no real studies to verify second hand vapor transfers nicotine). I just want to be as safe as possible around here. But I have not run into one person, and I have vaped around 100's of people including people who have never smoked and it has no bothered them at all. The only thing I can think is she may be alergic to a flavor you are vaping. But being around vapor is like standing in a kitchen when boiling water for pasta.
Find your best smelling bakery vape, go at it, and she what she says then.....
The way to deal people who overreact with concern to vapor, is too either link them directly, or inform them about the studies that are done on products like air fresheners, personal fragrances, various furniture & carpet treatments, and also laundry detergents. They can easily be found with a quick Google search. Dozens of studies breaking down the hundreds of potentially toxic ingredients which are in a plethora of items we interface with on a daily basis. Most people don't even realize.
There is obviously some sort of traveling circus making their way across this nation in an attempt to drum up legislation prohibiting the sale and use electronic cigarettes. If you were to check with the call to action links on the CASAA site, you can damn near follow the lobbyist's travel itinerary.
Unfortunately their bribery is working, and also they seem to have a lot of the media playing their game as well, despite the studies proving that electronic cigarette vapor is safe. At the very least 100 times safer than cigarette smoke.
The recent study done by Dr. Burstyn @ Drexel University, the results of which can easily be found online, would be a nice primer for anyone who is under the false impression that ecig vapor can harm them.

Nothing against anyone here or you but I would do it anyway lol. I would put my foot down and I have all my life. My GF don't smoke never has and I vape around her all the time she even wanted me to mix her a batch of 0% NIC so she can try it. She understands the difference of vaping and real smoking...
It's funny....my daughter enjoys the bubble-gum & cotton candy vapes. Someone at works, asks me daily what I'm vaiping. If it's sounds interesting, she asks me to vape in her office. She's a large woman and thinks vaping lemon meringue pie juice my stop her from eating lol

I find this story so amusing. I have a nephew and when he comes over with his dad, (my other nephew,) he has a thousand questions about vaping. "What flavor is that you are vaping" "Do they make a this flavor, a that flavor?"
So funny..He asked me the other day,"Uncle Rick, can I have your old ecig those skinny ones?" (my old eGos) He is 11 years old!
I told him if he ever touched one before he was 21 years old I would knock a knot on his noggin! heh heh

Both my Mom and my husband are pg sensitive. If I vape high pg juice they both cough. If I vape high VG they don't. I myself cough from vaping high PG and don't with high VG. There are quite a few PG sensitive people out there. There are quite a few threads on here talking about PG sensitivity too.

I find myself unable to disagree, HDRock. I once sat through at least half of that thing.
My girlfriend won't let me vape in the house either. She says she's afraid of the nicotine sticking to the walls?! But we can do Hookah with our friends. I don't get it
