I have been playing around with bacon and so far liking it. It mixes well with syrups and I also used some in a pipe tobacco recipe. It's a flavor everyone has comments on while very few actually use it. My next use is going to be with some French toast. My flavor is a deli bacon but think I would rather have one more like a fried bacon. I will try your next.
