Until a week ago I only used FA apple pie. Never tasted Capella's before, until now. So here it comes, lol.
I never liked FA apple pie. I didn't get much apple from it and the crust seems to taste off. Don't get me wrong, it does taste like a crust somewhat, but just a bit off.
As for Capella's, I am getting much more apple and I like it a lot. I will still try to add some additional bit of apple, cinnamon and cream to make my ultimate Apple Pie, but I like the Apple Pie as is @15 - 20%.
After trying FA apple pie @ several percentages and different steeping times and with clearo's and dripper, I just tossed my remaining FA.
This Capella's I'm keeping though...
