Damn ,this is the only hazelnut flavoring iv tried thats can be a standalone flavor . Good at around 10-15% .Id say stick to the lower side at 10-12% .Past 15% and its too concentrated to me but still pretty tasty . Its awesome . I cant wait to try it in chocolates and coffees . This is gonna give some recipes the NOM NOM NOMS . Its a real and sweet hazelnut .not blan like a spice . By far the best hazelnut flavoring there is . Im not big on hazelnut in general and i like it so Hazelnut fans are gonna worship it .

Would you mind telling me what % you used? I have both espresso and cappuccino plus the hazelnut, been struggling to make a good hazelnut coffee juice. Thanks in advance.

I dont have any coffee flavors but hazelnut does taste awesome in my real coffee

I like to retain my espresso flavor, so I usually keep my espresso up at about 70% and just get a tease of a nutty flavor at 30%; ditto for the creams. If it's a 3-flave coffee, I still stay @ 70%. For example, 70% espresso, 20% orangecicle, 10% hazlenut. One exception would be coconut since it is such a delicate flavor and needs to be really jacked up to like 40%.
