Captivape.. great customer service!

I placed an order with captivape 5 days ago. I received a confirmation email but never got any shipping notice. Today, I emailed them asking about my order. 10 minutes later, they called me on the phone. She apologized and said that my order had been overlooked/lost and that they were going to get it sent out immediately. She said she would send along extra wick and juice. She was very apologetic and nice. I was impressed that I was called directly and apologized to. :)
