You can get the Pila and buy the car plug. The xtar vp1 or the efest luc.

My xtar VP2 came with a car charging cable in the box.

Xtar mc1 is a great small charger that uses a micro usb input. Pretty much any micro usb 12v car adapter will power it.

I use one all the time.

I bought the i4 a few weeks ago and have been quite pleased with it. My only wish is that they'd packed the cigar lighter adapter with it. Although one can be found at any Radio Shack or WalMart store.

my LUC came with one, I really like it too, very simple and easy screen, it also can use your batteries to charge your phone too

I'm liking the look of the xtar. I notice it has a range of charging. 3.2 to 3.8. What would I use for aw imr 18650's?

I got the vp1 from xtar direct. It comes with car adaptor too. Don't really need the USB out

I believe the major difference in the two is that the vp2 will charge the 26650 batteries (which are not common, but a few mods use them), and the vp1 won't.
There are also a couple of other small differences.

Both the vp1 and vp2 should come with both an AC plug and a cigarette lighter attachment.
