Car Fans - What Is This?

Trying to id the year, make, and model of this car.
All help appreciated.

my best guess is an Accura MDX

Any other matches car enthusiasts?
Further research suggests that the car is most likely a 2009 - 2012 model.
From what I can find (admittedly not a great searcher) the Acura MDX rear light/license plate configuration that is very similar did not start until the 2014 models.

Is all you have just a picture or is the car where you can pull the VIN and google it ?

Has anyone tried Blippar, a free app available through google play?
Supposedly it has a car id function.

Blippar has a 97.7 percent recognition accuracy on all cars in the U.S. manufactured after the year 2000. It can scan actual cars on the street that are parked or moving slowly, as well as images from magazines and videos. It's free to download for Apple and Android devices.

I tired to download it to my old, old android tablet but my device is not compatible. Also do note know if it works with a photo not taken on the device.

2007-2012 Acura RDX

Based on the bumper configuration does it looks like a 2007, 2008, or 2009 model?
Base on what is known of the license plate number I am guessing a 2009.
Any other distinguishing characteristics that define the years? I do not have a discerning eye when looking at photos.

And thanks again to @bsbid. I don't think I would have ever come up with an Acura - I have been looking a lot. And who knew there were MDX and RDX models.

The wheels look like they are pre-2009 and the panels under the taillights are a single piece after 2007. So you are looking at a 08-09. From the pic you posted that's about the best I can do.
