I don't get this. Why don't they just have the various nicotine levels pre-steeped? Its not like you could order 13.479% nicotine. They've only got 6,12,18 & 24.

I enjoy the butterscotch fresh. No steeping needed for my taste buds.

How long do you suggest for the fullest flavor?

Leave open for a few days. You will see the difference in darker color and thickness.

I wonder if this will do the trick. I don't necessarily want the liquid to be thicker but I do taste a difference in flavor and sweetness after a week or two. I think the alcohol content is key in making these juices workable for attys and cartos. Am I right or am I crazy?

The alcohol in the the flavor makes the juice flow. My juice flows like no other 100% VG juice. Try it.
