Caravela for my first mech?

Make sure to get the ohm reader too for your rebuildable. I haven't ventured too much into mechs myself except for I have the smok and k1000 epipes

I have a kraken, got it last week. It's the shiny silver so it wouldn't match imo I can't get performance out of it either. I use my rda's instead for daily.

Is there any reason for copper besides the look? Or is there upkeep on different finishes? I've been told to grab a kick v2 as well, will it fit fine with the 650 tube? And what about button tops vs flat tops?

I wound up buying an HCigar Caravela this weekend off of ebay. I initially wanted the mixed SS look, but went with the Brass version based on the cheaper price. The more pictures I saw of it the more I was happy I went with that.

I didn't want to wait for FT to resume business in about 10 days so I paid like an extra $17 or whatever. I also order 2, sony 30 amp batteries. I really don't play in coming anywhere near the red zone, but i figured its better to be safe than sorry

The biggest 'issue' is the 510 pin in the top cap is too long for any of my attys to sit flush on top. I've seen some clones come with a few different pin lengths, and that would be nice to have. I went and got some brass screws and made my own. I like the simplicity of the design but that makes it less adjustable. The switch on mine is pretty dang nice, and the mod functions great. Getting everything flush and tight is a little work though.

I have the SS version from Fasttech, and aside from the same issue with the center pin, it's a great mod. Form factor is awesome and sleek and looks/works great with my EHPro Kayfun Lite. Working on modifying some magnets to upgrade the switch. All in all one of the best clones out there.

Only major bummer about that atomizer is that the glass is nearly impossible to remove from the caps. I destroyed the tank the first time I tried cleaning it.

If you are getting that one you linked to, it's 23mm. A Taifun GT clone or a Fogger V3 would match that width nicely. If you get a clone that is 22mm there are a ton of rebuildables that would fit nicely. Kayfuns, your Kraken, RSST, Fogger V2, etc...

You might want to read up on the Foggers before you go that route as quite a few people hate them. My V2 works OK, the Taifun GT clone vapes better and is easier to build for me.

That Flash-e vapor atomizer looks interesting. That's a 23mm atty.

I think I'm gonna grab a kfl+ and a few new rebuildables and just check things out. I'm still trying to figure out what kind of finish I want, brass, mixed ect.
