Carbon Fiber Wrap Template for Provari?

I have a sheet of carbon fiber 3m wrap a friend of mine gave me, and I want to wrap the Provari mini. Does anyone happen to have a template/print out to guide the cutting on the provari?
I know one exists for a few other mods (vamo, lavatube, etc) in .pdf. If anyone can help me out it'd be very appreciated. Thanks!

I believe jwraps.com said they could send out templates (intended for making custom designs to send to them for printing) possibly in PDF format.
