Someone most likely came up with this before, Cardo tank filler.
Took an old SS cardo, took all the guts out of it, drilled a few holes at the bottom. Glued the rubber condom on.............works great
Just take your driptip off, insert the filler mod and just rise your tank till you see the holes in the filler tube
(see first picture)and fill away
