I have had two great experiences with my first order at Carolina Vapes. I ordered two Vivi Minis and a couple of other items and the website very clearly stated that only the smoke color tanks were available at that point. I placed my order at about 8:30 PM but I received an email from Lisa within minutes making sure I knew I was getting the smoke color tanks. Seriously? A vendor still working and responding to customers that late? Awesome service and I got my package in two days.
I got my order but had an item missing. I emailed Lisa and, again, within minutes I got a response apologizing for the mix up. This was after hours but the next morning I received my tracking number for the missing item. No questions asked, no jumping through hoops to prove it was missing.
I have received service like this very few times in my life. Carolina Vapes has become a go to vendor for me. Thank you Lisa.
