This may have been discussed before, but I thought I'd share my carry solution for the 2AA box mods I have:

Very easy to make and very handy. I start by test fitting the mod and finding a starting point for the cut. Then I insert a folded paper towel in the pouch to give me some resistance while I make the starting cut with an exacto blade. Once the hole is big enough I just gradually enlarge and shape it with a small sanding bit. You'll want to do this outside.
The pouches are available at the Janty website here for $5.90 each. I don't expect these to be available forever as they're made for the V2 Stick which has been discontinued. Make sure you buy some spares because with enough use the covering will eventually wear off the belt clip.
