It's always excellent catching up with Cartel Mods main man Gino Litonjua. At ECC 2014, he spoke about the brass Cartel Boss 26650 and the Stillare v3. Gino gave a great explanation of the benefits of tri-coil vaping and how the Stillare v3 offers fantastic vapor without sacrificing flavor. Lastly, he talked about the new color laser-engraving process he'll be using on Cartel mods products later this year.
