So yeah, swiped another idea off someone and sort of modified it. Maybe someone can modify it further. I just did another and it's right up to 5v (3ohm), no weird filler taste or dryness. INSTANT.
-Take one condom off.
-Pull other back a little bit.
-get syringe.
-insert syringe into condom.
-put other end in eliquid bottle and suck eliquid thru once or twice.
-Pull carto up from eliquid a bit and work syringe to blow out excess fluid.
-vape
