Greeting! I'm in need of some assistance from you all please....I have about 15 FIN replacement cartos that I've saved once they'd start to taste bad and need a replacement. I have been looking online and found that you can refill the "pre-filled" cartos by popping off the top with a thumb tack or something similar. Check the cotton inside for any burnt material and so far, so good; it's still white. Tilt the carto at an angle and rotate it as you add drop by drop to fill it until saturated. Ok, sounds easy enough. Now, how many times can I refill these cartos before the cotton is shot or the built-in atomizer is shot? What carto brand is a good replacement for a 510 ecig battery and do they come with the cotton and wick already inside them? Thank you in advance!

I've never heard of a FIN carto but you seem to have found instructions on how to refill them. If the wicking material is still white and the flavor was still good before it dried out then sure, go ahead a refill it. I would be surprised if you get more than 1 refill before the coil gets gunked up but if it's not then keep refilling.
I only use Boge 510 cartos but there are plenty of others out there and yes, they are ready to fill.

16 bucks for a 5-pack is highway robbery--for starters. Also, they list peppermint oil as one of the ingredients in their menthol cartos--oils are a big no-no in vaping. So they (the seller/manufacturer) are not only ripoff artists, they also have no idea what they are doing. Just don't buy them anymore, please.
You can refill them a few times, depends on the quality of the cartos and the eliquid you're using; dark, sweet juices will gunk up your coils in no time while the clear and clean ones will help your cartos last longer. Roughly, a carto can process 5-8 ml of eliquid, more or less, before it needs to be thrown out. They are disposable. BTW, the filler is polyester, not cotton.
I suggest you buy some good blank cartomizers--LR Boge or LR Smoktech single coils are my favorite cartos--and some quality eliquid and fill them yourself. Liqua and Mt Baker Vapor make good and inexpensive juices. Visit our Eliquid subforum to find more reputable juice vendors.
