Has anyone else gotten carto's with the end caps glued on. I went to refill one last night and the cap was crazyglued on. I broke a carto trying to pry the cap off. I have gotten two like that and managed to get the first off but not the second. Think they were premimum hiltons from some of my "freebies". Was severly dissapointed breaking the cap, I love the stuff.

I think the hard-tip cartos are the ones that are glued-on. V4L has reportedly gone 100% soft-tip, and it's likely that you received some of the dwindling supply of hard-tips that they still have in stock.
Perhaps if you notice another one of your cartos with a glued-on tip, you could use a different refill method that doesn't require the removal of the mouthpiece (there are several such techniques).

I was told to put the tip in boiling water for twenty seconds. Hold the carto with tongs or pliers or something so you don't burn yourself! If it still doesn;t come off..repeat!
