Cartomizer Cleaning…Finding the bad ones

That's the same experience I've had trying to clean cartos. They never come back out working the same or wicking even close to a new carto. I tried many different ways of cleaning it and was never successful. These days once a carto starts to get funky flavor or the draw tightens up then it's in the garbage.
