Cartomizer Crackle. some do some dont. worn out?

I got a pack of resurrectors and i have been using one pretty much exclusively. I used another one that was hardly used and it really crackles when i vape on it. the used one does not crackle that much. the one i used the most tastes fine but i feel it does not produce enough. is it on its last legs? is this what a worn out carto is like? i thought it was only when they tasted burnt but this one tastes fine. so is it time to toss it? or should i boil it and wash it out?

Hey Buster!(i always wanted to say that),sorry can't help with the boil and washout part,I toss mine when I feel they ain't performing
and I love to hear that crackle,I know the coil is happy and saturated with liquid

When the cartos from my Volt start to wear out, they produce less vapor. Just make sure you have enough ejuice in there to do the job. If you do have enough juice and no sizzle, it is probably done. I don't try to revive seemingly dead cartos. Too much trouble.

Yeah, I think crackle is good; the ones that work best for me crackle, and I'm talking about almost new Boge's.

I will clean a carto if its still performing good but taste bad. I clean by flushing with a syringe and needle with warm water and then blowing it out and letting it dry for a few days. If its not crackling and producing vapor I toss it. Ultimately its up to you when it gets not worth refilling any
