Cartomizer for M401/2 ???

Is there such a thing?

I think the cartomizer is exactly what I need to actually stick with vaping long term. I have a truckload of the M40X series and hate the thought of having to start from scratch again.

Can I just purchase some adapters?

I believe that the only cartomizer for the M series is for the M-601. There are battery adapters for the M401, so you could go from a 401 battery -> 501/KR808 carto. If converting, then I would suggest looking into a 5V mod. I haven't tried the 501 cartos, but I know that the 808 shines with 5V. Amazing flavor and vapor, that you won't get at ~3.7/3.0 Volts.

I appreciate the quick reply but you're throwing a lot of numbers at me and all I hear is blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I come from the "set it and forget it" school of electronics so you don't want me messing about with any kind of power supply.


If I understand what you're saying, I need to get an adapter to go from a 401 to a 510 and then I can use the KR808 cartos?

You can get a 401 to KR808 carto adapter, or you can get a 401 to 510 adaptor (401 battery, 510 atty) to use the new 510 cartos. As far as I know they aren't any plans for a 401 cartomizer.

Try electronic-cigz. They may have the 401-510 adapter. Happy Vaper sells the 510-KR8 adapters. I don't know of any Canadian vendors who sell the 510 hard cartomizers... epuff.ca sells the soft, smaller 510 cartos.
