I'm a dripper but looking for a reliable feeder system while on the road or just to lazy to drip. I'm using a 510 and I do like the fact that with a clearomizer you can see the liquid. Perhaps I should just get some and see where it lands. Both have attys in them? Are the fillers eliminated in both units? I have no interest in carts.

If you want something that just works, cartomizer

If you want something cool-looking that just may fall apart, clearomizer

I totally agree some people like CE2's I do not I moded them, burnt the nasty suff off the wicks, and tried every way possible and I just could not get them to taste good. If you want my honest opinion go to IKENVAPE
The LR 510 MEGAS are awsome and the hold just as much if not more liquid as a CE2xl

ya it should be.....but some people just don't like 'em(tanks),
some don't like carto's & some don't like clearo's...

I like them all ! They are all different tho.
& they all have their pro's & con's...
I am just trying them all as I go...since none
of them last forever.

only the ce2's & tanks have eliminated the filler...
they both have wicking instead... tanks(sm wick)
ce2's (multiple long wicks)

Depends on what how you plan to use them. Generally, the more use you expect, the farther toward cartos I'd lean.

In other words, if you're stocking up for a 4 hour road trip and want something that tastes good with no effort, the CE2s I've tried fit that bill nicely. On the other hand, if you're looking for something to use every day driving to and from work, I'd go with a quality regular carto.

The CE2s are awesome until they've been refilled a handful of times. Then the heating element is crusted up and you'll need to spend 15 apiece disassembling, flushing, dry burning, and reassembling (or just accept that any flavor you put into them will now be 'burnt'.) As far as I can tell, they're impossible to kill through normal use, but I personally am not all about devoting half a day to cleaning a week's supply of them.

A good regular carto will last at least a month if you're only filling it up once per day (I get a week out of each one filling many times per day) with little to no loss in flavor or performance.
