I am looking to try a tank and cartomizer with my itaste VV 3. I run between 70% and 100% VG, mostly between 70% and 80%. The itaste VV 4 ranges voltage between 3.3 to 5.0 and wattage between 6.0 and 11.0.

So when I am looking at replacement cartomizer's what ohms should I get? What is the difference between the ones that just look round for the full length and the ones that seem to have a flange or something of that nature? Does it matter which of these I get? And finally what is the difference between the single and dual coil?

Thanks in advance for the help, trying to take advantage of some of the black Friday sales.

Just for starters, there aren't many 14-15mm tanks (the diameter of your battery) around. Most carto tanks are at least 19 mm in diameter so they will look look and feel top heavy on your device. But they will work--they will just need to be supported with a beauty ring. If you just want to try a small tank, try a Boge f15 carto tank--but it will need to be filled with a needle (either needle cap on your bottle of needle and syringe).

I run between 70% and 100% VG, mostly between 70% and 80%. The itaste VV 4 ranges voltage between 3.3 to 5.0 and wattage between 6.0 and 11.0.

Thick juices can be thinned out with a bit of distilled water (a couple of drops per ml) wo wick better--cartomizers don't usually work well with thick juices.

So when I am looking at replacement cartomizer's what ohms should I get?

Look for 2-2.4Ω or so; but it doesn't really matter, as you have a vv battery so you can adjust your voltage to your liking.

You should get the type of carto that is recommended for the tank you buy--but it's not absolutely necessary. I know of people who use regular (non-flanged) cartos in all tanks.

And finally what is the difference between the single and dual coil?

In cartomizers, it was a bad idea and a poor design--I strongly suggest you use single-coil cartos only.
