I don't remember always having this problem, but lately I've noticed that my cartomizer is having trouble wicking with the liquid I use, 65%VG/35%PG. I was wondering if there was a cartomizer with prepunched holes larger than the typical 1mm size. I have to use a drill bit to bore out the ones I have gotten already. A carto punch bends the metal too much for two of the tanks I use that have a really tight fit for them. Most atomizers I've tried don't work, and I actually prefer cartomizers anyways. Is there a cartomizer with a different wick material? or are there ones where the pre-punched holes are larger?

FASTECH does have those big hole cartos in the XL (they say 49.7 mm) length

$2.03 Pyrex Glass DCT Tank Atomizer Coil Head - 1.5 ± 0.2

I am vaping on my first one now in a smoktech tank. I am using an eliquid I mixed myself using 80%VG /20%PG and it is doing very well, though it would probably flood with a mix of less then half VG.

I usual use Smoktech DCT carto's and one thing I noticed is that the fastech carto filled a lot quicker, so I suspect that the filler is not packed as tightly in this one.
