Cartomizers at convenience stores

So I have been more lately that gas stations are starting to carry more and more options for e-cigs. I have normally seen pharmacies carry the Njoys and the blu cigs but have wondered if I can just buy their refill cartos and use them on my trog sd keyring e-cig. I believe it is a 510 and I also own a e-cab which I plan on purchasing the 510 adapter. So my question is will I be able to buy them just out of curiousity to try them out or if I am ever in a bind and dont have any juices (doubt that will happen went a little card happy before xmas) but you never know.

Oh ya I think we will see more and more of that. Especially if the FDA has their way. That will become the only way to buy e-liquid (and of course with an exorbitant tax added on)

Well not only will we need to make sure the 510 threading is the same, but we will also need to know the ohms resistance on those cartomizers prior to purchase...making sure they will give a good vape with our battery voltage.

If it all checks out, it might be a good emergency plan WTSHTF.

If they're 510 they should work just fine. But "fine" is a relative term... in my experience, those things are pretty terrible, but thats probably just because im a tank guy (;
