I have one question, the wooly thing thats inside the cartomizer if it bruns and i inhale it how bad is that? I know the cigarettes bruns and i sucked on them, but i wont to trade a bad habbit to a even bigger one. How toxic is that? Thanks for the help!

well, i would assume inhaling from a burned cart isn't good for you. however, i haven't really had an issue not being able to tell when my carts are drying out, so it's not something i'm too concerned about.
Yeah well me neither but i took apart one of my cartomizers and though im careful it was still kinda brownish near the atmoizer.
old gummed up juice gets dark too, as you vape, depending on the type of juice--RY4 is terrible for that. i noticed this cause i'm very meticulous with cleaning out carts and even some carts which had started to get 'brownish' wash out absolutely snow white. again, i'm sure you COULD burn them up, but i haven't had that problem.
I guess to answer this question, we'd have to know exactly what the white filling is made from.
If it's just cotton, then you are getting smoke from the burning material, but it's not laced with all the chemicals from cig smoke.
If it's a sort of polymaterial, then possibly you could be getting the same sort of oily smoke from burning plastic?

I thought so too, but if it is then its kinda strange of the makers to do it with something toxic if the whole point is for it to be more healty for you. I want to know what its made off so i can vape without any worries.
well, they need to use a material that's heat resistant enough not to burn to start with, so that limits them to a certain extent.
I think the key to the issue for now, anyways is to keep your cartos well topped off with juice and inspect often to see if you have any burning going on. I think people that vape till the carts are dry are risking burning that material.
excellent advice!!!!I know that, I stop vaping when it get lesser flavor or its start to taste diffrent. But when i open a carto i dont see the brownish color , i need to pull the whole thing out to see that, im just worried. I will vape more carefully in the future for sure.
Yeah I know you have to pull all of the filler out to see it. I didnt know that for awhile but after inspecting some of mine , I did see some burning but I am also using them on 5 and 6v devices. I have cut back using cartos as much as I did.. I like my 510s more I think for now.
I will report as I have more time on just how much if any burning is going on. I wouldnt think it good no matter what material is being burned.. lol
Yeah keep us posted. The batteries from V4L can i be use for any other divice? So i maby can get an ati for it so i dont need to think about some materials getting burned?

You can directly use a 901 atty on a KR8 battery with no adapter required.
To use a 510 atty on the KR8 batteries an adapter is required.
it seems to me i've heard about airflow issues... oh, no that's using carts on a 901, i think. but yup, and no worries topso--there's a set up for everyone, and you'll find yours!
thats the thing though, i love my cartomizers, its so easy refilling and everything, i love them. Its just i dont want to do something now thats bad for me later. I would just love to hear that the fluffy thing isent worse then paper from a cigarette.
speaking from my personal thoughts--i don't think it's anything near as bad. but i understand that you want/need more concrete reassurance.
