Cartomizers on Modded E Cigs

Can you use Cartomizers on any of these higher voltage battery modded cigs?

I like cartomizers much better because the juice lasts longer and they're easy to refill.

Not big on the hassle of dripping.

I use cartomizers on my Silver Bullets. You just need an adaptor that goes from your atty size to fit KR808 cartomizers. You can get them from Nhaler, Altsmoke, Heaven Gifts and other places that sell e cig supplies.

I use cartomizers on a bartleby, a BB and Chameleon.

I don't recommend 6v mods though, as everything seems to end up tasting bitter or burnt.
