Hello again all: I've been using Ecigs now for about 2 months; after a lot of help from folks on this forum I have ordered and used a lot of different PV's from a lot of different suppliers. What I have found is that from now on I will just order batteries and cartomizers. I have 2 1000 batteries and I just fill up the cartos for both, pop them on and with the 2 of them I am good to go for basically the whole day.
What I am curious about is why anyone uses the 3 piece system with atomizers and cartridges; I found that to be very inconvenient.
Just curious!

If you are talking about using the standard carts with filler with the atomizer, I agree it is not the best option out there. Others have had success with modding their carts (PTB, Highping, blue foam, etc) but I couldn't be bothered. Atomizer and drip tip is a different story though. Once you get into the routine of dripping, its almost as second nature as lighting up an analog. The flavor is awesome and because atties last so long, it is much more cost effective. I use cartos when I am driving, and sometimes at work, and they are a close second to dripping. For someone who switches flavors every 15 mins though, the convenience of cartos is lost on me.

+1 Cartomizer fan here :)

Dripping is a pain even when stationary on the couch or at a desk and downright dangerous when driving! Yea the flavor is good when you drip but IMO if you have a good cartomizer the flavor is pretty much par. I tried carts 'n' attomizers but with the wicking problems, frequent top ups, condensation in the tips and so on I said screw that nonsense. Tasted a eGo T setup for a few days too but I didn't like it either because it had nearly no flavor, consumed lots of liquid and had the condensation in the tip thing happening. Nothing like the taste of stale e liquid condensate with the morning tea you say? .. none for me thanks

The IKV mega LR's I've been using are very nice and with nearly 2ml worth of capacity each I'm good for a typical day with 2 full ones in my kit. The last 2 I was using in rotation lasted me a week and 6 days before I decided to toss them, at 2 bucks a pop I don't hesitate to refresh.

Dripping definitely gives a better flavor to me over Cartos.. however I do enjoy them from time to time.

Whatever works for you really is what matters. People really vary it seems with liking Cartos/Carts/Tanks/Dripping etc.. so it's good we have the options.

..I haven't really tried dripping very much because of a perceived inconvenience; I'll give it a proper tryout and see if the flavour i better for me; I'll also try out the other products mentioned and see if they offer an improvement in taste and/or convenience.
thanks again for the advice!
Dave:)
