Cartomizers that work with eGo Twist.

I'm pretty new to the vaping scene, and here's a question I'd like answered.

I never was a cigarette smoker, but I am a pretty big Hookah smoker, and with hookah smoking, the draws are long, and(my preference) easy.

I have bought a Nova ClearomizerTank and Elite CE3 from AltSmoke. I like the capacity of the tank, and the(I might be wrong about this one... I'll edit this when I run into it) easier draw from the CE3's(could it be because the atomizer is more toward the bottom?).

apparently, my other hookah friends were really interested in the fact that I can keep a "hookah" running in my pocket, and they're all on board with this, and I'm taking advantage of this by experimenting with other cartos and what not, but I'm wondering if there's any I should avoid from other's personal experiences, or if I should try to get specific ones from other people's reviews.

2 CE2 tanks that I've come to enjoy are the Vivi Nova and the Mini Vivi Nova. Both are nice capacity and provide a decent vape.

When I got my CE4 I thought "this is not an e-cig, more like a pocket hookah". I guess that says it all.

I just got a Vivi Nova (2.8mL) and am loving it. Don't turn juice to syrup, easy to disassemble/clean/replace heads. 1 week later and only cleaned once and it's still going strong. For the price and ease of use, I couldn't be happier. Now I just wish they had some glass tanks for them (though I'm planning on making myself some when I get spare caps to mod).

I'm currently using a T-2 Clearomizer at 2.8 ohms and it's performing great so far. It's another model that's super easy to replace the head on and fill. I've got a vivi nova coming in the mail.
