Cons: Cartos - a little harder to fill than most other things - and you have to be careful not to let them get dry so as not to burn the filler - they are disposable and often don't last very long. Ego-T - some people experience leaks and wick problems and many report muted flavors and there is some regular maintenance involved. MAP tank isn't completely portable as it isn't really pocket or purse friendly - MAP tanks require a new CE2 now and then and availability on CE2s has been hit and miss (mostly miss lately).

Pros: Cartos are very portable and good ones are generally consistent. They are disposable, so there usually isn't a whole lot of cleaning involved (some people will clean them to get a little extra life out of them, but that's a personal choice - they are disposable). - eGo-T is very easy to fill and good ones are very consistent. They produce a lot of vapor. They are very portable and generally pocket or purse friendly. A good eGo-T atty can last a couple of months or more. - MAP tank produces a lot of vapor and is miserly with the juice. There are a couple of ways to fill them and both are easy. It holds a lot of juice. It is easy to take apart and clean. Also, the MAP is really unique looking.

I use all three every day lately. I've had my eGo-t for a couple of months. I recently decided to try out several different kinds of cartos and found some I like quite a bit. And my MAP tank got here last week.

what is a CE2?

Where did you find a MAP tank? i've been looking on cloudsofvapor.com for a WHILE.
is there another place to find them?

I'll stick with the clearomizer over the Ego-T for now. I mean... it kinda looks like a map tank. I'll use it until I find a MAP tank.

I guess I got lucky on my clearomizer, it's been holding up for two weeks and is AMAZING. I can't say anything bad about it. I accidentally destroyed it... kinda, but fixed it. For some weird reason I thought there was a cartdridge on my PV and pulled at it. The clear case ripped off and juice flew everywhere. I just slid the case back on and pushed everything together. I might be delusional, but it seems it works better for some reason after pulling it apart and putting it back together. HAHA.

BTW what does "MAP" even stand for?

A CE2 is a cartomizer. The MAP tank uses a CE2 with the metal tube cut off.

COV is the only place to get the MAP. Click the "notify me" button and sign up for email updates when they become available.

MAP stands for Most Angry Pirate - he is the fellow who makes them

Hi, I'm just wondering which is better. I have a riva 510, and i'm debating just keeping my cartomizer route or trying Ego-T atomizer.

The cartomizer can hold a decent amount of liquid. Is it basically the same thing? Or should I consider getting a MAP tank?

I've never been a cartomizer fan. I do like the Joyetech 510 only cartomizers.

My preference is the tank system. Many people swear by the older type foam around fabric cartos. Others swear by CE2 cartos. It's a taste/convenience issue.

Where did/do you buy the genuine Joye 510 cartos?
TIA,
Dave

I've got a fairly narrow list of vendors I use- simply because th one's I have work for me. So there are a lot of places they are available.

The two I know carry them are Cignot and Freedom Smoke USA. Both are vendors on the forum.
