"Carto's" Am I doing something wrong...

I have been using carto's now well over 6 months. I understand the argument of the chose between SLB and Boge. I am a SLB user and have tried the Boge several times with disastrous results.

The SLB's for me have been working flawlessly but at time to time I try to understand the differences between the two. Every time and I mean every time I try a Boge carto, no matter which one of my PV I use it on I can not get it to work. I draw on the Boge and I get nothing out of it. It is a very hard draw like it is clogged up and all I taste is burnt flavor with no vapor. I know this can not be the normal for the Boge. If so there would not be two camps one for SLB and one for Boge.

Can someone advise what the h*ll I am doing wrong with these Boges. It does not matter the supplier I use I get the same results.

Are you making sure to keep the center air way clear? If that gets pressed shut (often caused by the poor QC on these things) from expanding as the filler absorbs juice, there is nowhere for the air to go. This will cause the filler at the bottom of the carto to start burning.

That all sounds logical and I have checked that each time as well. I just can not seem to get a Boge to work for me no matter how I try. Yet I hear others rave about them and I can not get a single one to work correctly to properly compare them and I have tried several boxes from several suppliers. I am now at wits end with this.
