Is it normal for my cartos to be poping while vaping or are the one that do broken in some way?

Yes, it's normal. When they're too quiet you need to check and see if there's enough juice.
Happened to me as well...scared me the first time I tried them out. Was thinking it was about to blow up! I came and asked here, and was told they were working well if they did that

You can still stealth with a carto. If mine didn't make some sort of hissing, crackling or popping I'd be getting out my multimeter in a hurry!
The extreme popping usually goes away after a day or two but I am still very pleased to hear the sizzle - means it is not gunked up and working well.
One of my 2 current Boges (standard res) I do the most vaping on was sizzling pretty nicely for 2 weeks with this thin juice (V4L WOWbacco). And then I screwed up yesterday and put some of my thicker 70pg/30vg vanilla blend in it and now it doesn't sizzle unless I stick it on the Riva battery which I think is about 3.4v vs the 510's 3.2. Interesting

I get the standard res attys to sizzle on a 5v or higher with 70/30 vanilla. I guess the extra voltage really helps, even the Ikenvape 3.5ohms sizzle.

LOL I recall having that same thought.
It's weird hearing another carto compared to the Go-Carts. I've never heard them make a single noise, other than me inhaling...but that would be myself making noise. But rest assured, as everyone else has said, it's perfectly normal!
The sizzle is kind of comforting. It almost reminds me of the sound an analog makes when you take a drag...
