cartridge filling proper arrangement?

Yeah, I know it sounds weird. However, the cartridges that I had a hard time filling and removed the filling and replaced it are really sporadic. The battery flickers off and on when I draw on them and when you take the cartridge off, the filling looks as if you've sucked it toward the end you draw from.

Is there any particular way that I'm supposed to re-stuff these? I really need to get a syringe and I will not remove filler ever again!

Lorr--you want to stuff it not to dense as it will not wick and not to loose as it will flood the atomizer--you just have to play with it and IMO a syringe is a must as you need to fill from the bottom up for the core to wick right---You can use an inkjet printer cartridge refiller in place of a syringe if you like--------Sun

You perrty much answered your own question. You need a syringe.
Also, you might be refilling too much if the battery flickers, that might be a sing of flooding.

Oh my gosh, I have been vaping for a while now and just tried filling a new cart with a syringe and what a difference!!! This is the only way to fill a cart! Thanks Sun!

am I being paranoid about this issue but I am scared of poking myself with the syringe, or do you not use the needle part and just the plastic?

One other thing, if you top off every 10 puffs or so, then when do you use the syringe to fill up the bottom of the cart?

Just be careful. You would have to be pretty careless to stab yourself.

I went to my local ranch/farm/horse supply store. They have a nifty syringe with a long molded curved end (no needle). I can slip that down the side of the poly stuffing and fill the cart if I need to. I think it was less than $2

Look on the bright side, at least it's not a contaminated needle!

I use one without a needle to suck out liquid in the spent 801 carts then take out the filling fill the cart then replace the filling it won't displace the liquid then a drop or two on top
