cartridge filling proper arrangement?

Yeah, I know it sounds weird. However, the cartridges that I had a hard time filling and removed the filling and replaced it are really sporadic. The battery flickers off and on when I draw on them and when you take the cartridge off, the filling looks as if you've sucked it toward the end you draw from.

Is there any particular way that I'm supposed to re-stuff these? I really need to get a syringe and I will not remove filler ever again!

Lorr--you want to stuff it not to dense as it will not wick and not to loose as it will flood the atomizer--you just have to play with it and IMO a syringe is a must as you need to fill from the bottom up for the core to wick right---You can use an inkjet printer cartridge refiller in place of a syringe if you like--------Sun
