Carts and Cartos?

Is there a link here that explains the (how many drops to drip in etc) whole mechanics of carts and cartos? Im confused about how many drops you would put in a cart, refilling a cart with other filler, cartos etc..

Video 4 is all about the care and feeding of the Joye 510. (this would be carts / ego type)

Video 5 is all about the care and feeding of the Kr808D-1. (this would be cartos)

I've read so many things, i forgot about her videos.
I got some juices in today (the ego kit should get here tomorrow) and inside the baggie they're in, it smells great.. like a bakery-i hope they taste as good as they smell : )

After you've been vaping a while it's worth re-watching the videos, when you have some experience I've found her videos helpful to pick up tip and tricks.
