Does the 2nd generation cartzilla now have stainless end caps and a thicker tube as well ?

Good question. I'll have to ask. Vision did say that the material was stronger, but I'll have to get more information. I've been using one for 24 hours now and like it better than the previous. Using 70/30PG/VG I have not yet hit any dry spots, so it is wicking quite well.

Does the 2nd generation cartzilla now have stainless end caps and a thicker tube as well ?

Vision said they should have replacement available after the long holiday. So as soon as its avail, we'll get them. Unknown what date exactly, just that they plan to have them.

I got two of the gen 2 CartZillas and they are a definite improvement.
The one I put into service on my wife's OMeGa is working very well but reads 1.4-1.5 ohms on 3 different ProVaris.
Odd, but it's working just fine...

Neither of mine are 2 ohms. One is 1.4 and burns even at 3.3 volts.
Great idea but Vision needs to get their QC act together...
