Does anyone have any recommendations for cases? I would like one that's not too big(maybe fit in my pocket) that will hold my ego twist (doesn't need to hold a new battery), vivi nova and maybe some small things of juice. I have briefly looked on a site or two but I would like to know what to stay away from or cases that people swear by

Totally Wicked sells a nice one. Most of would tell you to shop elsewhere though :-(

It's kinda easy to get a leather case for yourself... Doesn't really need to be a specially for ecig case right? You can have a zip pouch that will keep your ego and juices just fine
