The ones that came with the stumpy were the mini tips unless you specified chuff tips.

I have a confession...I temporarily strayed and got a chalice 3. Reason? Currently I desire to go more along the flavor chaser route. I wanted to see what the rage was about.

I am here to say thank you to tom once again. Because outside of catfish the chalice is probably the best option for bottomfeeding in terms of high quality attys. IMHO it is absolutely terrible. So thank you so much for giving us options - without them I personally would be doomed

Looking forward to the nectar. I think I will love that for what I am currently after.

I'd take the nectar over the pimp cup any day. Given your propensity for squat 22mm's, I think you'll really like it. Flavour for days, so much easier to build (and no wacky bespoke $6 screws).

Yeah you've been enjoying the nectar right? I'm stoked. The thing the chalice made me realize is I can totally do a tighter draw. The vape off the chalice is great. But the build deck, wire capture and screws totally render it useless to me. The limited space for wicking render it useless to me. The nectar looks awesome on all those fronts.

You should have said something... I could have sent you a pimp cup to try out before you committed to the Chalice and saved you a bundle. Evidently you are a lot like me in your atty profile. Try's Marquis and tell me if it isn't the holy grail for bottom fed awesomeness. They will be peeled from my cold dead hands. The Nectars are also on my very short list for personal use.

Gotcha... I have a ton of attys right now and very few clones. I have rogue clones, and Marquis clones and about 200 authentic with over 100 more on the way.

I just got the pimp cup too, first vape was terrible, my Marquis is terrible too, but I'm gonna keep trying, manta is great, forge is my fav. Otherwise I'm still loving my 1/16" drilled IGO-S. Can't find em anymore so I've been on atty quest. I feel ya sloth, I had got the pimp cup clone and it seemed decent so for $140 more for the real thing I figured it would knock its socks off, wrong.

So the stumpy cool cap looks like it is that little ring at the top of the cap that adapts to a standard DT. Basically this stops the heat transfer from atty to the DT? Since I doubt I'll be using a metal DT on the stumpy, I'm thinking I don't need one of these.

If you aren't pushing 35+ watts through a swampy wet set of vertical coils I would strongly suggest doing so. I have a feeling with the new high powered mods coming out the Marquis will be in high demand. If you are looking for efficiency and a great place to park a .5+ ohm set of coils on, there are better choices. I'm currently dripping muffin man into a Marquis (top fed) perched atop my Sx mini (m class, j chip) and at 58watts I find it to be euphoric. On the Marquis: when in doubt, wring it out.
