So the stumpy cool cap looks like it is that little ring at the top of the cap that adapts to a standard DT. Basically this stops the heat transfer from atty to the DT? Since I doubt I'll be using a metal DT on the stumpy, I'm thinking I don't need one of these.

It come with one from CH. But most of mine have fit if you don't like the one that comes with it.

I got one with the idea of using it with one of elements forthcoming Demascus Steel DT's. And if I have the DT then I'll certainly need the matching AFC ring

Ever thought about moving to Dwolla, PopMoney or Google Wallet?? I use Dwolla, works great!

Or Even a Credit Card processor? Fees would be about the same as Paypal

Yes it takes a regular 510 tip and I'm selling them with element mods "Mini Tips"

Metal hobby parts is nice and general. It's wrong that paypal should target vapers like this.

I might look into a cc processor. This is all due to a surge in both revenue and F&F payments. Nothing shady.
