I'm going to build and use this one. The next one goes to Harry (Element Mods) for a fast tracked blueprint. On the final revision I'm going to move the 510 over a little so it's directly inline with the bottle and leave a little more aluminum on the bottom so I can make a full wire channel instead of the half channel seen on this one. Also it's hard to see in these pics but it has a 1/16' radius on all the edges. Even the angled edge, had to get creative to do that, but it will be no problem for the CNC. This one should be simple enough to get it down to 300-350 range with battery. Did you notice the recessed 510? Pretty proud of that.

What color anodizing would you like to see?

Looks really good Tom. Couple of minor revisions like getting the bottle in line with the 510 and the full wire channel are great ideas. Really like the recessed 510!! That's a great idea You should be proud of that for sure! You know me.....love the radius edges!! As far as anodized color I'd probably prefer a gunmetal grey or a medium dark blue. Although that dark ruby red is very nice Btw are you still planning for the charger port? So we don't have to disconnect battery to charge?

Honestly I have aborted the idea of the secondary jack. The usb charges in about an hour with the correct cable now. I was using a cable before that would only allow 1/2 amp charge rate. At 1a its a lot better.

I can... Buying them in bulk is way cheaper than buying one or 2 at a time.

I think I'm going to redesign the LBC with one of this new 8.5ml bottles. Between the current gap between the battery and the 3mm smaller bottle the LBC would become 1/4" narrower. Narrow is better right? I will also be making them 5mm taller for a little more wiring room and squonk tube flexibility. I have a bunch of aluminum on the way also so if you want a one off I will have them available in the next week or so. Please realize however these take 8-10 each hours to make by hand so,I won't be able to spit them out like the cam-m.

Let's start a list for the handmade version. These will not be anodized, unless somebody knows an anodizer that works on a small scale at a decent price. I'm open to options. Every anodizer I have spoken to has laughed at the concept of doing 100 pieces. One of them told me when you hit 10,000 pieces call me... Until then lose my number.
