I don't see where Tom called you out as an idiot. Had you not posted this, no one would have known this was your atty. /shrug
Actually I recognized the countertops, lol I have an eye and memory for stupid stuff like that. Not that it matters, but this also isn't the first time I've seen him complain about something in the forums. Some people make themselves easy to remember, just not always for the right reasons. I know none of this has nothing to do with me, but I had a Manta at one time that was doing the same thing the one in the pictures did. Truthfully, it's a design flaw, and has nothing to do with Tom. People seem to forget that Tom doesn't manufacture the RDAs he modifies. He is a genius when it comes to fixing a lot of issues most RDAs have, but he's not a miracle worker. The base of the positive post on the Manta being round is the huge issue with it, yes it will come loose because of the screw, but when it becomes loose the entire post spins and touches the deck. Had it been designed similar to the Stumpys positive post, and insulated like the Stumpy, it would've been a lot better. Both great attys, but both have their pros and cons. Honestly and this is my opinion, if you struggle with mechanical ability and the understanding of how these things work, you should probably stick to non rebuildable
devices. Ok, I'm going back into hiding now.. Lol hope everyone had a great Christmas, and enjoy your New Year!
