@TheKiwi you are correct about the thump loving a set of 26 GA duals. Mine has sitting more than being used because I just wasn't getting it to rock how I wanted and I haven't really taken a moment to mess with it. In my vid I had a single twisted coil. Let's all agree on one thing now: I confirm that no matter how hard I try, a single coil only works for me in a 22 mm atty in the center of a two post layout with a bunch of air capacity - ie: stumpy. YRMV.

I find that single on the side is an off balance and is usually too warm even at higher resistances.

So the next day I slapped some like 27 or 29 GA 2.0mm IDduals in there. Was much better but not blowing me away.

So just now I chucked in these 2.5mm ID 26 ga duals and some KGD.

Home run. I also let my coils fall inward at a slant so as not to disturb their integrity.
Much vapor. Much. And smooth. A lil sound of turbulence at from the AFC but nothing that I haven't heard even more pronounced in other attys.

Props for getting me to take a minute to play with this lil gem.
Still trying it, It is ok, But it whistles, I think I'll stick to the Stumpy.

Ok so this really confused the hell out of me, but try this?

When my airflow is fully open, it whistles like nuts. I shut off just half an air hole, and completely no whistle.

Will try adjusting the air. It is not real loud, just annoying. Thanks

Not sure where else to ask this, but need assistance here. I have a failing o-ring inside of my OG Manta v2 and I *got* to get that replaced. What is the exact size so I can order one? I hope to get a red one as I think those are more durable. I can't have this thing out of commission! TIA

I have never been this panicked for a failing o-ring. I CANNOT have this thing on the fritz!

Edit: I have tried to contact JDtech but their site won't let me fill out the conatc form.

Edit2: I have a preliminary measurement form @Wolfenstark (thanks, bud) that it is 19mm inner diameter and 1mm thickness. That is not confirmed, but it's a great place to start.

@Mr.Mann have you tried searching this thread? I'm pretty sure there was a discussion a while back about replacing Manta O-rings with slightly smaller ones, so that the cap fit wasn't so tight, which should also reduce the shredding of the o-rings.

I think I got it. This is what I've found from VU (posted by Giraut):

"In case anybody is interested, I've found replacement O-rings for my Manta v2 RDA. The correct size is 19x1 (meaning 21 mm O.D., 19 mm I.D., 1 mm section).

I got mine from Co-joint in Belgium. Their reference is: part no. 1004180 - R2857 O-ring Ø19x1 EPDM-70° Sh.

I'm mentioning this because it's their own brand of O-rings, which is a tad thinner than the original O-rings from JDTech (about 0.1 mm thinner, but still within specs). This makes the fit of the atomizer bell onto the base almost perfect: even with both O-rings installed, it's not crazy tight anymore, and I can now remove the bell with no more efforts than any other atomizer.

They cost 45c a pop. I got me 10 of them, just in case. Compare that with 1.5 euros a piece for genuine replacement O-rings from JDTech, that don't fit nearly as well..."

I have several Mantas, and have replaced the o rings in all of them with 19mm x 1mm Buna70 o rings, from oringsandmore dot com. They may be a bit thinner than originals, I don't know. But the caps are easier to remove and replace, and there is no leakage. The fit is perfect, and installation is easy.

Finally remembered I had a caliper. Long story short, just ordered a bunch of 18mm x 1mm for my thump. Hopefully I measured it right.

Now for the long wait from murica to Singapore~~
