maybe a stupid question, but why not just get a merchant account? you'd then be able to accept credit and debit cards with no headaches on either end, no?

I tried that. Evidently ecig stuff is ultra high risk much like destructive devices and full auto weapons. None of them want to touch it without a full website and a 10k deposit.
