Okay maybe I'm missing something here but why would a merchant account provider consider this high risk and even if they do what difference does it make. People pay for things that are considered dangerous....high liability ....all the time with there credit cards.... How could a merchant payment provider be held liable for things that are sold?? After all they are simply providing an avenue for transfer of funds

You also have to consider the payment protection afforded by most credit cards, this places a huge liability on the processor if the seller goes belly up, hence the huge deposit. Imagine if you buy the latest and greatest atty and the same week you begin bleeding from the eyes. You find a shark of a lawyer and judge with an axe to grind and I file bankruptcy when the verdict for 5 million is handed down. The processor is now liable due to bodily harm. Think 5 pawns current dilemma as it could easily effect me as well.

Oh I know you've done extensive research in this area. And I'm not doubting you in the least. Just seems really strange to me! Bet it's almost impossible for a firearms dealer or for that matter a liquor store to be able to take credit cards. People die as a result of purchases made at both places everyday.
And yes those companies have to pay very high rates and deposits as well.

This is a very good point!! But isn't it the credit card company that would be liable and not the processor? Unless of course the CC company is also the service provider. The processor is basically providing the same service as a financial institution...

Hey guys, anybody who has tried a Hastur give me your pros & cons please
Best low cost authentic I've ever used. 4 post deck is easy to build on, top air flow makes it super clean to use, and works very well for clouds or flavor. If Tom has any left grab ASAP!

Only con I can come up with is maybe the top cap could be a bit tighter. That's just an oring thing and honestly mine haven't been loose enough to worry over.

By chance have you got an Odin v1 v2 to compare it too?

I've got Odin v1's and the Hastur has more air and flavor wise I would say the Odin is a bit better but I like both atties. Also I've got one Hastur with a loose-ish cap but another one with a cap that fits tighter. The looser cap hasn't been a problem.

Sorry, never tried an Odin. I close off about one third the AFC on the Hastur and it reminds me of a Freakshow wide open from what I remember. Minus the leaks!

The narDA vapes similar to the Veritas, Hellfire Raptor, and Marquis. If you have every tried one of those it will give you a reference point. A restricted lung hit when wide open. I think the narDA feels a smidgen more restricted with the Raptor with the most airflow. All are pretty close airflow wise.
