My needles seem to have gotten lost in the mail but so far I don't really have leak problems. I still want to do the needle mod though so I can get my coils a little higher without affecting TH.
If you release the fire button before you stop inhaling, you remove the excess vapor in the atty which reduces "condensation" considerably.
I have to do that for my coils to cool down lol. It's a heck of a fun atty. When I hear some gurgling I give it the inverted hit, sharply a couple times and it clears the air holes. I'm a lousy squonker and the big reservoir helps me out.

GOOD GAWD!!!! What kind of mod do you own???

Interstate is making a bottom feeder..... 12v 900cca. 10800watts. A bit heavy in the pocket but the throat hit is amazing. I'm thinking 4 Magma's in Parralell with a manifold on the output side and a really big drip tip.

got a reactor, divo and magma (thanks Chowder!!!)

doesn't look like any of the current offerings appeal much to us single coil MTL types. pls correct me if i'm wrong.

Are you interested in the Pda? I think BobC posted a few pics of his. As far as I am aware he has the only one in the US. I could do a run of them...

I do still have a few Divos as well. I just don't get a lot of requests for the little ones. I can get Cyclones, Divos, PDAs, and Hornets. I'm not aware of much else other than the Chalice; and that's not going to happen. I swear an infinite Chalice would sell like crazy. Maybe I will speak with my guy at Infinite to that regard.

You need a Mephisto bf clone!

How does the Mephisto compare to the Helios as far as flavor? The reason I ask is... as I said, I modified my Helios to BF and it feeding very well but the flavor just isn't there compared to the Rm3. The flavor from the Rm3 ROCKS! I'd like to get something that's going to be larger than the 3 but still produce great flavor. And is there a single coil option? I prefer single coil if I can get it.
Thanks!

I would bet it's not as flavorful. Larger chamber although the smallest of the 22mms. 22's have to strike a balance between flavor and volume. The Mephisto strikes the line closer to flavor than the rest of the 22s but at the end of the day if all you want is flavor the smaller the chamber the more flavor. Personally I don't like the small attys; they make all of my juice taste like perfume. Right now I'm rocking 2 Mephistos and a Veritas both big flavor attys but still 22mm.

yes the Mephisto will do single coil but if single coil is more your bag the Veritas may be a better fit. In single coil the Veritas isn't hard to build but in dual coil it can be challenging. I did it ok on my first attempt and nailed it the following day on my second attempt.

If you are looking for big flavor and small air the rm2 might be ok. My disdain of the rm2 is what began Catfish atty mods. I started modding TF cyclones and Atomics months before the Rm4. But you are right; a lot of people love the RM2, it's just not for me. Evidently I'm not alone, it's a daily struggle to keep attys in stock. Currently I'm averaging 30-45 attys a week.

Tom don't sell all the Veritas.

I just received my Veritas and there is a hole drilled through the front of the deck, right under the bottom o ring going into the well.

Exactly... And it has clear epoxy in the hole and was protected by the o-ring. Yes they all do. That is the only way to drill them, I had planned to use 2mm set screws and food grade thread locker but it looked horrible. I would sugest putting the o ring back and enjoy it, they were tough to bottom feed. But I have been using one since Saturday with great success.

I think we need a map to know how the Veritas was drilled. I was interested to know. I'll know when I receive mine :)

Stripped them of all their hardware and o-rings, drilled through the outer lip at the o_ring through the center. Machined out a crescent in the stainless of the 510 to allow juice to go past the insulator. I also sealed the bottom half of the channel that houses the center pin to trap the juice between the o-ring and the REO, so the juice could only vent to the deck under pressure or vent to the reo under vaccum. The only way the bf Veritas can leak is to over flow the airhole buy squonking more than half of a 9ml squonk bottle into it. And even then it just oozes through the afc. If you disassemble the entire atty and do not put the oring back in correctly you will pump juice straight up the channel and into the airhole bypassing the deck altogether. Word to the wise: don't take it apart until you have to. Yes the O-rings are very stiff but speaking from experience with just a minute of use both orings hold correctly.

I have some really short m2 grubs on order (m2x2mm long) I wil send everyone one or two on there next order. Btw. In the ziploc bag in the top of the box (drip tip end) there are 2 m2 SS nuts and 2 m2 peek nuts as well as a replacement oring for the 510 juice seal (mentioned in the last post). Keep them! From what I have read the only thing that fails on the Veritas is the peek nut. These shouldn't fail, I installed a peek washer on top of the peek nut to isolate the heat from the peek nut but if you go super low on your coils (as I fully plan to do) eventually the peek nut will fail; when it does you have two spares. If you are super concerned I will give you a link to a company that makes the same nut in ceramic which should never fail. But the for one single nut it's $16. I didn't figure many people would want to buy a $70 clone so I went with peek and spares. The authentic uses these same nuts that are installed in yours. I threw away the Chinese nuts that they came with, the nuts you have; both installed and spare are made in Japan by Nippon precision. They are the best available short of ceramic.

And by the way.... The nice people that made the Authentic Veritas are not supporting the people that bought from them. Apparently they are not responding nor selling replacement nuts. I have 25 peek nuts on hand with 100 more on order. I WILL support my people. If you have or know of anyone that has another Veritas with a failed nut I will be selling them $11 for 4 shipped. I need to find the size of the o-ring, I will keep them in stock also.
