That's the correct method for tightening the center post. Just a thought: has anyone applied a layer of VG to the upper afc o-ring to protect and seal the afc?

I've said before, I want attys I can build and vape and require no diddling! (I have other things that I have allotted my lifetime diddling minutes to)
I lubed. Put the afc cap on upside down, the center clearly protrudes but is level right side up. Does this indicate an inner gap, keeping the afc wide open no matter the setting? That's the correct method for tightening the center post. It's a real bummer that ECF won't let us sell our bf modded clones in the classified section. I have a few I would love to offload (rogue included...)

Couldn't a "trade" thread be created in this sub? There's one on the reo forum
My Rogue is on hiatus at the moment. I just can't make up my mind on it. I have tried different tips on it and have seen no difference at all. Even tried the M-Flux I have. Like I said, no difference. I really like the concept of the atty but getting the right build in it is key. I found that getting the coils as high and close to the side walls and AFC is definitely better but still not quite right. I think wicking is a key to getting it to vape better also. Probably cotton or rayon I would assume. Maybe there is just too much room still in the chamber with my RxW setup in it. It is a 22mm atty and as previously mentioned, it will not vape the same as a Cyclone, Reactor, or such. I do believe the atty was build or designed with the cloud chasers in mind. I for the most part am not part of that crowd. I have not had a problem getting clouds, it's the density of the cloud that I'm just not getting with the flavor. It's one or the other, not both at the same time. The Nuppin' and Mephisto just put out thick dense clouds with a ton of flavor as well.
Agreed. I have a couple I'd like to get rid of too. A trade thread would be a great idea. Not every atty works for everyone, it'd be nice to not be stuck with something that you won't use.

Biting my tongue, giggling......

I'm not a cloud chaser as such either. Although, I tend to vape on the low end of the ohms spectrum (not as hot as T!), so clouds are a necessary byproduct. I'm mostly looking for that super hit and great flavor. The Nupping is one I haven't managed to get it right yet. All of the others, not much of a problem, even the Veritas, which is a PITA, I finally got OK. I have been trying the RxW on a few, and I just can't get what I want with it, so I go back to rayon or KGD. I've tried using one of the others, the kind of atty that is like trying to suck a golfball up a straw, and just doesn't do anything for me. And having an atty product monster clouds, but no flavor also doesn't do anything for me either.
I am able to completely shut off my airflow on my Mephisto to where I get a tight MTL draw. It isn't really a good air flow regulator, it's either off or on. If I open it just slightly, I can to a straight lung hit. But I love the Mephisto, even with the big holes in the posts. It definitely limits one to building with bigger wire, or twisted wire. But the flavor I'm experiencing from it is tremendous! The N22 AFC will shut off completely, and wide open it's just barely enough to get a lung hit, but sufficient. It is also great on flavor. I love the N22, bought 2 of them, and am truly in love with the Rogue. It's small chamber really gives the flavor I love, plus the ample airflow for the builds I like to do in the .3-.5 range. For those who don't like the airiness, I would recommend the Veritas or N22. I'm looking forward to both the Marquis and Derringer.
