The send in aspect is actually worse... You spend $6 to send it to me and once it's here I tell you I'm not touching it for one reason or another, now you have to pay another $6 to get it back... I would be irritated. Maybe I should just do it like Rob; buy a thousand of one model and sell them until they run out. We will see what happens with the Vertex but I'm actually building hope, I just bought $700 in clones from Doris last night and paid the shipping, I wouldn't be completely surprised if she just sent me 20 new Vertexs. I say it's about 50/50.

Hmmmm well you make perfect sense about sending you clones that you may reject for one reason or another but as that my be a waste a bigger waste is already having one sent from China and never knowing if it can be a BFed. Unfortunately that "the horse has left the barn" and a Odin from fasttech will be here today. So what can I do?

Send it in... But bare in mind that most of the odin clones have chromed brass center posts. I will drill brass but before you send it I thought you should know.

All this worry over brass and copper contacting juice seems silly to me sometimes. What do you think your drinking water flows through? Copper tubes and brass fittings. LOL. I know there are many different alloys of brass, and who knows which they use. Just a funny thought is all.

A BF Vengeance is very tempting! I have one on the way from FT - I think it is SXK. Have to see how this run goes and then maybe send mine in.

And, Lancia is up and running. I had a strand of twisted 26ga in my desk drawer and threw a quick single in there @ .4ohm. Vapes like a dream. Flavor is ridiculous - better than the Derringer I believe. Although, I'm not 100% sure as I'm fighting a pretty nasty head cold. Even with two of the airflow channels blocked it still flows a ton of air. Wrapped one wick tail under the coil and the other around one of the negative posts. This thing squonks and drains amazingly well. Great job Tom!

Looking good. Have you had any issues with the pins falling out? I remember seeing that in some review I think.

Not yet... but I've only been using it since this morning. My other Lancia required significant force to install the airflow pins. They may never come out, lol. I really don't see the ones in my Catfish'd atty coming out on their own.

However, I don't recommend this as a pocket atty. Either the top cap or the glass *will* come off at some point.

Ok now your just scaring me. lol Forgive my ignorance but why the warning? I don't expect too much from any clone and if your warning is because it is a clone and nothing out of the ordinary I will send it. Your work is never in question.

I don't intend to sway you one way or the other just stating fact. If brass bothers you don't send it. If it doesn't send it.

I believe the warning from CH is because once he drills the center post out you will have exposed brass in the juice path. Some folks have an adversion to that and others don't mind. There have been multiple write ups about soaking brass in a solution of something to remove any exposed lead. I think it was Quigsworth that posted something a while back.

Someone will come along with better Info I hope.

I've got a tip like that - it's most often found packaged with the Stingray mod.
I guess the "authentic" came from the Stingray, but clones abound.

Yeah I got the clone tip from sweet-vapes.com for 2.99. Its a good deal but I needed to file the 510 base down cause it had an extra chunk of metal that made it sit crooked. Still, worth 3 bucks and love the looks.

Routers are still the all around best tip EVER. IMHO..

I had figured the Vengence list would have been full already. I imagine Turk will be along later tonight to update the list.

I think I might submarine the Omerta due to lack of interest. I had high hopes for the Omerta but I have plenty of attys that I have to dust, I don't need 29 more. The Lancia list is still on and please note I'm using a different clone than INSWVA's.

Turk: when you get a chance could you delete the Omerta list and Replace it with a Vengence list?
