That's odd. I have 4 LP Grands with the new 510 connection. Received 2 Rogues from CH today and they screw
into 2 of the Grands but not the other two.

All of my other atties (Odins, Chalice, RM2, etc.) work just fine on all four Grands.

Anyone else ever have this happen?

I received my Rogue today as well. I found that the 510 threads are really dirty. I had to work with screwing it down on my LP Grand. I know this is not Tom's fault, rather the manufacturer. I had to work it back and forth a couple times to get the threads cleaned up. My first experience with dual coils as well. It is a little more of an effort to recoil, but not all that bad. Good work CH on this atty!

Man a bunch of people have dropped off the omerta list in the last day or two. I love my clone! It is amazing having both side and top air configuration. I b/f myself, can say it's not as good as CHs but hey it works.

After really thinking about the atty, I don't think I'd like it - but your post is interesting cause we seem to have really similar taste in attys. I'll keep your thoughts in mind when I have more $$ - the main reason I had to bail is some unexpected expenses (I hate my car, btw...)

The other big apprehension is I learned from the Nuppin not to mess with anything but plug n chug...when I start winding coils new ways I want to kill myself :)

My Roque was the same way. I worked it back and forth many times. Finally got it to screw all he way down, but I can not get contact to it. I tried to push the post down a little bit in a vice but ended up stripping the main screw. lucky not the Roque just the screw. I have 4 Reo's and 1 Bogger Box and none make contact. I'm going to rebuilt it today and see what happens. any ideas will help.

Tom, are there any major differences in the Bonsai clone and authentic? One come with anything that the other doesn't? Just trying to justify making room in the budget for an authentic atty that I've heard some negative things about.

I haven't held either in my hands so I really couldn't say.

Tom you ruined me with that Marquis. Nothing I've chugged on. And I mean Nothing. Beats dual 26 awg wrapped around 3.5mm @ 0.5 ohm.

I got the Rogue in the mail yesterday, great atty for clouds. I suspect people's issue with the threads is the machine size of certain 510's being truly compatible to the threads on the Rogue. Not anyone's fault but the manufacturer's... And not an issue after you work the attie into the 510 once or twice to spread the threads on the rogue a bit.

Just my 2c
